Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Research Policy

 At Lilith Moon Farm Agricultural Organization, we are committed to conducting agricultural research in a manner that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe that embracing diverse perspectives and experiences is essential for generating innovative solutions to agricultural challenges and contributing to the success of our organization and the communities we serve. 

 We will actively work to:

2. Create an inclusive and collaborative research environment where all team members feel valued, respected, and empowered to share their unique perspectives and experiences.

4. Actively seek out and include diverse perspectives and voices in our research activities, including engaging with diverse communities and stakeholders in the agricultural industry.

5. Ensure that our research projects and methodologies are inclusive and respectful of all individuals and actively work to address any biases or limitations in our research practices.

All researchers are expected to uphold and support this commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in their conduct and interactions with colleagues, collaborators, and research participants. Discriminatory or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or research contracts.
